I have been utterly rubbish at updating the blog recently, it doesn’t mean I not out there training so here is a weekly update…
Monday…see blog post, ride and run!;
Tuesday – Lake swim, 1.5km, 35 mins;
Wednesday – Bike commute, 25 miles;
Thursday – Run, 6 miles, 45 mins;
Friday – Turbo bike session, 26 miles, 53 mins – smashed!
Saturday – Swim (1.5km), run (6 miles).
In summary, a pretty full week. Friday and Saturday was a slit Olympic distance tri. I was pretty happy with the effort on the bike on Friday night, it smashed my into very little pieces! Oh yeah, I went to the Zoo on Sunday, it was ace. Apparently, keeping a blog is one way of maintain motivation…whoops, I’ll try to be better!
