Time is short, much things to do (more on that another day).
This week I have;
Monday: Ridden to and from work
Tuesday: 4 mile run and 1250m swim – running again, hurrah!
Wednesday: Ride to work, ride home.
You might notice the reappearance of running. It’s been a few weeks but my knee is getting better and running is not longer the bundle of pain it was previously. I have developed a strange running technique, but I’m working on it. Awesome, things are looking up!
