It has been a long, long time since I went for a run. My knee was feeling a bit better so I decided that a run was in order. Therefore I pulled on my running gear, fastened my laces and ran a massive 1.5 miles. This huge distance took me 15 minutes, my knee was actually pretty good. My foot-strike is not working correctly, but I can work on that. The major problem was my lungs, they appear to be breaking into pieces and coming out in lumps of phlegm. Nice.
The major positive from this run was the lack of pain from my knee afterwards.
