It appears that having my knee-cap taped to pull it over to the right seems to be doing the trick. I haven’t tried running yet but riding my bike is proving to be pain-free and no nasty after-effects. I’ve ordered some more KT tape to keeps things taped for the next few days to see how it goes. I’ve also ordered a foam roller to see if I can ‘release’ my tight muscles…fingers cross. Today’s stats: 30 bike miles, about 1hr 20 mins.
