Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

Another day, another run. Abut six miles around the fields and footpaths of Ampthill and Maulden. There is still snow on the ground but much of it has turned to ice, this made the run a bit exciting in places. I ran up past maiden church, which bathed in light and bells ringing made the whole. Thing very atmospheric. I did nearly soil myself when one of the bell ringers appeared from around a blind corner, my over active imagination and being in a graveyard probably didn’t help.

Tomorrow I’m going to try and get back on my road bike, wish me luck, the roads might be a bit dangerous but ‘he who dares wins’ and all that.
