Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

The snow is coming

If the news is to be believed then we are facing a snowy death later in the week, I therefore felt it opportune to get out for a run before we all endure a slow death by snow. Clarkson, off of the television, summed it up quite nicely;

when the snow reaches our groins it’s time to start worrying. Until that time, carry on as normal

An carry on as normal I did, the run was not a particularly memorable one, in fact, I sit here a few hours later and I’m struggling to remember any details. It was a bit icy in places, I tried to stay under 7 min per mile, but ended up at 7:01 / mile. Largely caused by a very icy bridge over the river totally throwing me off my stride. But another winter run done and another day closer to summer, at which point we can all worry about water shortages and sun burn.
